We seek to amplify the voices of those whose identities have been historically silenced. We seek to ensure our campus and community are safe spaces--mentally and physically--for everyone. We seek to educate campus on feminism and feminist issues. We seek to provide a forum for discussion of ways to pursue feminist advocacy both on- and off-campus as well as raise consciousness within the student body through education and events. And we seek to provide a space for expression of grievances against oppression. Acknowledging diverse and sometimes conflicting viewpoints, the Feminist Caucus provides a respectful space for anyone committed to ending oppression faced by historically oppressed communities. We are affiliated with two national organizations: the Feminist Majority Foundation and URGE: Unite for Reproductive and Gender Equity.
